this man was in his EIGHTIES running a 5k. He's done it every single year since it started. I think that's about 20-30 years. Or more. Wow!
Lauren has great form while running! She looks so professional, as running is so much about the form of your body.
Watching my sisters do what they love is probably my favorite thing in the entire world. I love the joy on their faces when they finish, even if they lose or don't place where they were hoping to. It's the effort that they put into their sport that really brings out the love inside my heart for them.
Lauren is so great at running! This year she has been getting up at the crack of dawn to run a mile or two before school. I admire that about her. She'll give up some sleep and some time to get ready and trade it to run with her dad! I love to watch them grow together as a father-daughter team! Those 2 days out of my week are my favorite because I get to see her in the morning and watch the joy on her face as she rushes to get ready and rushes dad outside to run.
I love you Lauren, and I love your love for what you love.
