diy: bound notebook
November 06, 2012I love these little books! I first learned this is 6th grade when we had to make poem books for a project. Now I use this little trick all the time when I'm running out of notebooks!
- Gather up about 8-12 pieces of paper and fold all of them in half. Place each inside another.
- Take a needle and thread and start poking holes in the crease. Thread it all the way to the bottom of the page.
- Reverse and go into the holes you already made. This will provide a line of stitching on each side.
- Cover up the cover with a magazine page or two and voila! you have your notebook!
