i had a fantabulous time at the lake, inertubing, swimming (in the freezing cold water: ))
and yes. i did miss the internet. but sometimes it's nice to be away from all the necessities, internet, cell service, and cable. it made me think that you don't need all the time-wasting things of the modern century to have fun. without all of those i discovered that my sister can throw a football like a pro, my other sister (they're twins!) will do anything makeup/spa/taylor swift related with me (awww!). my mom knows how to play solitare, i found out. and my dad? he will jump in a 50 degree lake during a rainstorm and not get cold. wow.
but now that i'm back into the blogging world, it's time for a post. i've realized that i haven't done a real post in forever. i've only been coming back for friday photo fun and link ups. so let's start on a real post, shall we?
